Warranty, Terms, & Privacy Policy


Our manufacturer warranty protects against manufacturing defects or damage that occurs to the bed as a result of shipping.  Manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted within 21 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase and pictures of the product and packaging are required for all manufacturer warranty claims.  In the event of an approved manufacturer warranty claim, Snorehound will, at its discretion, replace the defective/damaged product or refund the original purchase price to the original payment used in the purchase transaction.  Replacement beds/parts do not carry a manufacturer warranty.  Color variations in the fabric and/or frame are not covered by the manufacturer warranty.   This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.  Contact us to submit a manufacturer warranty claim.


Our performance warranty protects against damage caused from normal use, that rendors your pet bed unusable.  Performance warranty claims must be sumitted within 120 days of the purchase date.  Proof of purchase and pictures of the product are required for all performance warranty claims.  In the event of an approved performance warranty claim, Snorehound will, at its discretion, replace the damaged product or refund the original purchase price.  Replacement beds/parts do not carry a performace warranty.  Cosmetic damage to the frame and/or fabric are not covered by warranty.  Damage due to misuse is not covered by the performance warranty. This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.  Contact us to submit a performance warranty claim.


Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship returned products back to Snorehound. All returned items must be unused.  Approved refunds will be be issued after the return product has been inspected.  Any returned items that contain dirt, odor, pet hair, or any other signs of use are ineligible for a refund.  A $10 re-stocking fee will be deducted from the return amount if the returned item has been removed from its original packaging.  Click here to request a product return.


Risk of loss (e.g. theft of product from porch) passes to the buyer upon proof of delivery.  Rejected packages that are returned to Snorehound will be treated as a return and will be subject to a shipping charge if they need to be re-shipped to the customer.  Address corrections will be subject to a $15 charge.  Please call to place international orders or orders to Hawaii and Alaska.  Please call for expedited shipping

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
